1〜10ののエキサイティングな項目！
1）ファッションデザイナー「Jeremy Scott」と「adidas」によるプロジェクト、「Originals by Originals」とのアジアツアーで日本に上陸したジェレミー来日パーティーが3月23日にLe Baronで開催される。（去年のあのイベント覚えてる？HERE.）
2）招待状に包まれた謎のキー（鍵）、このキーにはどんな意味が込められているのか。そう、今もっとも勢いのあるブランド「PHENOMENON」がコレクションデビュー。どこのブランドよりも注目度が高く期待してしまう。
3）永遠の天才デザイナーAlexander McQueenを表紙に3月27日に発売される「commons&sense man」のリリースがとても楽しみだ。（本誌特集では、TOKYODANDYによるオリジナルページがあったりとか。）
4）誰もがこの時期を楽しみにしているはず。そう、「お花見」。町中が桜の色で一色になるのを。公園へ集まり、桜の木の下で、騒ぐ、年齢問わず、平和な、光景が、見られる。これこそ、チェリーブロッサムパワーであろう。
5）東京へと戻った「山本耀司」が4月1日に20年ぶりとなる東京でのメンズ・コレクションを代々木国立競技場で発表することだった。
6）「GOOD MORNING MR. INSOMNIA」と題された、このCDジャケット。そう、あのブロンドイケメン「2BOY」氏が、待望のMIX CDをリリースするとのこと。発売日は4月中旬予定で、それに合わせてリリースツアーも行われるとか。音はもちろん、彼自身が手掛けたアートワークにも注目。
7）「PUNKADELIX」と愉快な仲間たちが、音楽、映画、ファッション、アート….様々なカルチャーや時代をMIXして “スペシャル” で “SPECIAL” な夜を3月最後の夜にクリエイトしちゃうとか。見逃すことのできない一夜になりそうだ。題して、「The Classic」。
8）ファッションブランド「DISCOVERED」のショーが3月23日に開催される他、TOKYODANDY TEAMが微妙に絡むとか。
9）2008年にできたDIESELの新ライン「DIESEL BLACK GOLD」のショーが4月12日に発表されること。
10）ユーズドアイテムや新人デザイナーズのセレクト、店内ディスプレイ、エキシビションなどと様々な部分に力を入れたあの「CANDY」が3月31日（水）をもって新宿2丁目から渋谷へと移転。また、姉妹店でもある「Sister」も新店舗ビルの2階に移転するとのこと。活動の場を渋谷へと移し、また新たに何かが始まろうとしている気がする。(CANDY WEBSITE)
10 THINGS TO GET EXCITED ABOUT –
1) Jeremy Scott x Adidas originals party – Jeremy Scott at a party hosted by Verbal. Need we say more? (did you see the photos from last time Jeremy was in town HERE?)
2) We try to get excited for Japan fashion week but to be honest it’s usually a disappointment. Luckily this year PHENOMENON sent us the key to happiness – the invitation to their first runway show!!! Looking forward to this so much.
3) COMMONS&SENSE MAN – Because it’s the biggest and best men’s fashion magazine out there, it has Alexander McQueen on the cover and us inside. It’s going to be released March 27th.
4) HANAMI – cherry chuhi is already back in stores, it’s getting warmer and it’s always great fun to see friends during daylight hours. DRUNK. PARK. FUN.
5) Yohji Yamamoto to show in Tokyo! First time in 20 years!!!
6) 2BOY’s debut mic cd ‘Wake up Mr. Insomnia’ will be released in April. We will celebrate with our blond brother – The Tequila Prince.
7) ‘The Classic’ We love Mid-week fun and this night with Punkadelix and friend’s is sure to be epic, March 31st at Le baron de Paris Tokyo.
8) DISCOVERED show – Joe from Tokyo Dandy will be in the show and Dan from TD will be photographing it. See their last collection HERE.
9) DIESEL Black Gold show – It’s great that more and more brands are bringing their shows to Tokyo, DIESEL are having their show on April 12th.
10) Iconic Tokyo store CANDY is moving to a new store in Shibuya! With a growing roster of Avant Garde young designers amongst it’s well selected used and vintage items it’s an exciting step up for the CANDY crew. (CANDY WEBSITE)
