2012年よりはじまった「BANZAI」3部作。
原宿のギャラリーロケットを会場に「MOULT – 脱皮」と名付けた3部作最終章となる展示会が3月に開催された。新作コレクションの展示はもちろん、1部2部で製作されたピース販売ほか、人体プロジェクションマッピングという形で、デザイナー本人（YORUKO)を被写体に「BANZAI」の過去から現在までのコレクションを用いた映像が公開された。
Fashion Week was months ago nd whilst a lot was forgettable, the off-official-schedule BANZAI ‘MOULT’ Collection offered a stand out moment of creativity. Designer Yohei Banzai painted himself white and had brand defining visuals projected onto him in a small studio in Harajuku – photos couldn’t do this justice which is why I was waiting for the film. The brands trademarks rope handled bags and accessories were on display as well as the Fall 2013 Collection with striking ‘bleeding eye’ motif. Wallas were decorated with the look-book/visuals photographed by Ben Davies. I’m a huge fan of smaller brands not relying on stereotypical runway shows to present their collections and BANZAI’s ‘MOULT’ presentation was a nice reminder of the out-side-of-the-box creativity and thinking one would expect from Japanese Fashion. BANZAI!
