クリエイティブ・ディレクター、フェリペ・オリヴェイラ・バティスタによる「LACOSTE（ラコステ）」2014年春夏コレクションがリンカンセンターにて発表された。パステルカラーや淡い白をメインに上品なスポーツスタイルを演出。パイピングが施されたアイテムにクリーンな白のシースルーで現代的な「ラコステ」の世界感を披露。フランスの雰囲気も漂わせるシンプルでクリーンな2014年春夏コレクション。ショー終了後は、セントラルパークをロケーションに、ポロシャツパターンが並んだ「ラコステ」2013年春夏アウトフィットで撮影。
Lacoste’s Spring/Summer 2014 Show was held at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week’s Lincoln Center. Lacoste Creative Director Felipe Oliveira Baptista presented a fresh color palette of pastel grays, blues and greens which were as light and breezy as the fresh faced models at what is the beginning of fashion month (and the end of Summer). With the huge popularity of street wear, Lacoste’s use of hi-tech materials to create a modern sporty aesthetic stands out with pieces including geometric pattens on sweater with the same pattern repeated on smooth transparent over coats being a particular favorite. Despite being futuristic the collection stayed true to Lacoste’s tennis heritage with classic shapes re imagined with clean lines. See the full collection HERE.
