2017年最も期待、士郎正宗の漫画原作『GHOST IN THE SHELL 攻殻機動隊』をスカーレット・ヨハンソン主演で実写映画化した「ゴースト・イン・ザ・シェル」が4月7日より全国公開される。わずかな記憶を残して全身が機械化された最強の捜査官、芸者型義体姿で登場するモデルで女優の福島リラ、他日本からも数名俳優陣が出演している。
3月16日東京・新宿で行われるワールドプレミア試写会では登壇ゲストにスカーレット・ヨハンソンをはじめ、ビートたけし、ピル—・アスベック、ジュリエット・ビノシュ、ルパート・サンダース監督の来場を予定している。
The live action remake of ‘Ghost in the Shell’ is one of the most anticipated films of 2017. Despite Scarlett Johansson being cast in the lead role, Japanese Actress and Model Rila Fukushima has one of the most iconic and cult-following-worthy roles in the movie as a cyborg geisha. Rather than use just green screen or CGI technology, the special effects team created animatronic masks using casts of Rila’s extraordinary facial features. They are worn by multiple actors playing the hacked ‘cyborg geisha’ that appear in the film. We can’t wait to cop the merch. ‘Ghost in the Shell’ premieres March 16th in Shinjuku, Tokyo before a global release at the end of the month.
