これまでストリートスナップを撮ってこなかったが時々やってみようかな思う時がある。既に沢山のカメラマンが原宿、表参道でシャッターを切っては自身のウェブサイトやストリート誌に掲載。それぞれ始めた月日は違うものの目の肥えたストリートスナップ隊。そこで、普通のストリートスナップではなく、どこかロマンチックで現実と空想の境目のようなスナップ撮影を始めることに。迎えたファーストモデルはタイガ。
ティーンエイジ・ドリーム タイガは福島出身のニューフェイス。原宿・表参道を歩けばスナップ隊がほっとくわけがない。ストリート誌やストリートウェブサイト（TUNE, TOKYO FASHION, DROPTOKYO, RID SNAP）の次世代のスターとも言える存在。いや、近日オープンするあの直営店の看板ボーイになること違いない。
I’ve often considered taking street snap photos and I respect the amount of hours photographers put into taking them. I think there are already so many people with a great eye capturing what’s happening out on the street. I want to try and elevate the street snap beyond reality to something more romantic… I feel there is a lack of fantasy and romanticism in fashion as presented in Japanese Magazines – it’s all so real – and not even real in a fun reality TV kind of way. So I decided to take the street snap off the street and view the subject as an idol, the first being Taiga.
Teen Dream Taiga is the fresh faced star of dozens of Street Snap photos in Tune, Tokyo Fashion, DROP and RID. With a sophisticated style way beyond his tender years, the Fukushima native is the face of a conscientiousness post-3/11 youth. Having scored his first Part-Time job at a soon to be opened store, expect to see more of this boy soon!
