BERSHKA opens in TOKYO

A month after its intended opening, BERSHKA finally opened their doors to Tokyo customers this past Saturday with a preview reception party on Friday night. Taking up four floors of the Zero Gate building, BERSHKA (from Inditex, the same Spanish parent company as Zara) takes up prime Shibuya real estate and really stands out with it’s bold interior colors, matched by the bright colors of the mens and womens apparell within. This side of Shibuya has become a fast fashion mecca, with H&M, ZARA, FOREVER 21 and UNIQLO all within 2 minutes walking distance.
Above are some photos from the opening, couldn’t stay too long as the Clowns entertainer people were a little creepy. I know they are harmless but one of them really reminded me of the Wheelers from Return to OZ – one of the scariest memories from my childhood. It was good to be out at a reception party again, I look forward to the continued return to business.
