先日ARENA HOMME PLUS誌内に登場するファッションデザイナーのリック・オウエンスを取り上げ、今回はその表紙を。表紙モデルには、ヘルムート・ニュートン（Helmut Newton）を起用。フォトグラファーには、ブルース・ウェーバー（Bruce Weber）。エディトリアル タイトルは”LOST ANGELES”と題されている。 The new issue of Arena Homme + (S/S09) will be released on 14th April, Helmut Newton features on the cover photographed by Bruce Weber who has an editorial named ‘LOST ANGELES’ in the magazine.

VOGUE NIPPON SHOOT 2008
数日前にYouTubeをチェックしていたら、気になる画像が目に飛び込んできた。そう、VOGUE NIPPONの2008年9月号で使用されたエディトリアルの映像バージョン。撮影場所は、写真家のアラーキーこと荒木経惟が夜の事務所として使用する新宿の秘密基地。モデルには、ラケル・ジマーマン（Raquel Zimmermarnn）。隣、秘密基地女将さん。フォトグラファーには、マリオ・ソレンティ（Mario Sorrenti）。スタイリング、ジョージ・コルティナ（George Cortina）。他エディトリアルでは、女優の菊池凛子や会員制バー カスバの令子ママも登場。 写真家のマリオ・ソレンティによる “トーキョーで見たある風景” というタイトルで新宿の秘密基地に訪れた時のワンショット（下記写真）。個人的には、写真に写ってるアラーキー、ラケル、女将さんの背後が特に好きだ。トーキョーらしい雰囲気が出ている。 I was playing around on youtube when I came across this video which I instantly recognized as being filmed on a shoot from one of my favorite editorials in VOGUE NIPPON.
