先日2009年度CFDA（Council of Fashion Designers of America）アワードにノミネートされたデザイナーが発表された。毎年恒例行事となったCFDAは、ノミネートされたデザイナーのアイテムをモデルに着せてイメージを紹介していたが、今回はいつもと違った写真を企画。フォトグラファーは、クレイグ・マクディーン（Craig McDean）、スタイリングには、カール・テンプラー（Karl Templer）らが担当。そう、今回はデザイナー本人に自身のブランドを着せ、今までとは違ったかたちでの紹介。一番目にいってしまうマーク・ジェイコブス（Marc Jacobs）のルックは、マドンナも使用していたあのバニーイヤールックだ。（右写）。また、若手デザイナーには先日来日していたアレキサンダー・ワン（Alexander Wang）と、ジェイソン・ウー（Jason Wu）らが初のノミネート。 In a promotional shoot with photographer Craig McDean designers Alexander wang, Jason Wu and Marc Jacobs donned their own creations, including a ball gown and some bunny ears.
