Fashion film director Ruth Hogben has teamed up with the designer on this electrifying SHOWSTUDIO short which showcases the collection in typically dark Pugh style.

    待ってました！！！ ニック・ナイト（Nick Knight）をディレクターに迎えてガレス・ピュー（Gareth Pugh）とのフィルムがSHOWSTUDIO に掲載されている。題して、「FRIEZE」。このフィルムは、2006年に撮られたi-D Magazine のエディトリアルを使用し、新たにフィルムとして制作したものだ。そう、ガレス・ピューはデザイン活動はもう何年も前から行っているが、デビューはたったの3年前の2006A/Wロンドンファッションウィークだ。イギリス、サンダーランド生まれの彼は、サンダーランド大学を経てセントマーチンズに入学し洋服の基礎を学んでいたのだ。卒業コレクションではバルーン型のデザインを発表し注目を集めていた。その後は、リック・オウエンス（Rick Owens）などでアシスタントを経験し一躍ハイ・ブランドの仲間入りってわけだ。要するに、ビックリするほどトントン拍子にきてるということ。このフィルムも彼本人のキャリアを表している。スタイリングには、ニコラ・フォルミケッティ（Nicola Formichetti）。check it out … HERE !!!
