FUJI ROCK 2010 – LCD SOUND SYSTEM / BOYS FROM MILAN

NYのレーベル「DFA」のオーナーであり、「LCD SOUNDSYSTEM」としての活動でも知られる大活躍のジェイムス・マーフィー（James Murphy）が、「FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL ‘10」にやってくる。また、3年ぶりとなる3枚目のアルバム「ディス・イズ・ハプニング / THIS IS HAPPENING」の中に収録された「Dance Yrself Clean」が「‘The Boys From Milan’ S/S 2010/11」のフィルムで使用されている。

LCD Sound system is a musical collective driven by James Murphy. We like them as they are difficult to cateogorize, their sound is an eclectic mix across each of their three records, with elements of dance/disco/punk and sub-genres of each. Their latest album ‘This is Happening’ was released earlier this year and opening track “Dance Yrself Clean” has been on our play list ever since.
